Yesterday Amy and I got to shoot Jenn and Patrick's wedding out in Avon.  Sky's were cloudy and blue, grass was green, temperature was in the 70's... and Jenn was absolutely beautiful!

We did some of the artistic shots inside the courthouse... (which is a great place in case of rain)

Craig and Hollie Married in Sonoma California!

I just got back from an extraordinary weekend in Sonoma California where Hollie and Craig were married this weekend.  Each portion of the day was outstanding: from the trolley ride to a luncheon in a spectacular wine cellar to the reception at Sebastianni Winery.  There will be more to come, but here are a few for now.

Hollie and Craig treated us so well throughout the day and were such a pleasure to work with, that Nelli and I had to sneak in a final pic of the four of us before we left.

Congrats to Rachel and Chris!  I was privileged to be able to shoot their wedding at a stunning location: The Quarry Golf Club in Canton.

This was a nice relaxing moment for them to take in the first minutes of being married and for me capture some awesome sun flare.

It was supposed to be on the count of "3".  Rachel jumped the gun on "2" and I may have witnessed the most "cake meet beard" sequence of my life.

Perhaps the most original first dance I've seen.  I little bit of everything.

We shot Brynn and Jared at Schoepfle Gardens [pronounced like "Sheply" (I think) for some reason or another].  Although it was a modest park it was perfect for shooting.  It had a variety of scenery in a small space, and it was georgeous.

I like both of these pictures (above and below).  It was too hard to choose one.

Shooting a "Trash the Dress" session is not only fun (especially when you have a couple as laid back as Brynn and Jared), but it is also a great opportunity to take great pictures early in the morning when the light is perfect and shoot spots one would never imagine going on the wedding day.

I had to rip off the film "From Here to Eternity" (yes I googled that - I do not know a lot about black and white films from the 1950's)

One of my favorite pics.  It says "bride and groom" in a whole new way!
